Consultancy & Design
Drawing on our years of experience and our expertise we offer a comprehensive consultancy service focused on latest technology, cost effectiveness and future visual delivery plans. If necessary, we also conduct an existing inventory audit to identify components and technologies you may already own that would augment the new design.
Implementation - Installation & Integration
Once a project has been defined, implementation is done through pre-set stages. Installations are performed by IDEC’s Engineers & Technicians having manufacturer certified training.

Maintenance, Repair & support Services
IDEC provides maintenance, repair & support services to all products during the warranty period and later through maintenance / service agreements. We provide standby units as and when required. IDEC can also provide customers with fixed rate on-site technical support on a hourly, daily, monthly or yearly basis. Services includes support of Audio/Visual services such as equipment set-up, stand-by assistance and operation of equipment during meetings
